Team Structure

For each project, a Product Development (PD) team, led by a Product Manager (PM), will collaborate closely with you to build your ideal product. Typically, the PD team will be comprised of one UX Designer and one Full-Stack Developer, though this can change depending on the scope of the project. The PM will serve as the connection between you and our team, ensuring that communication is as smooth and efficient as possible.

Research

We can conduct marketing and UX research to define key solutions that achieve your project's goal. This may include analyzing competitors or existing website data (if applicable) and interviewing individuals in your target audience.

Design

We offer a range of design services to ensure maximum client satisfaction. This can range from a ground-up process (including information architecture, brand identity, etc.) to minor design consultancy (visual tweaks, minor message rebranding).
